The property reserve, as indicated on the register certificate of the rented animal, remains owned by the developer. Sponsors must have proof of ownership for the lease or before the effective date of the lease. A written rental agreement is not required. If the parent or sponsor needs a written rental agreement, it must be submitted to the district renewal agency for approval of the liability insurance before signing. At least 30 days must be admitted for insurance approval. (See E.) The approved project plan must be signed by the 4 H project manager, sponsor, tenant and parent or legal guardian of the tenant and submitted to the Kreiserweiterungsamt with the written lease agreement (if applicable) no later than May 1 of the year of the project. Cows can only be rented and delivered as project animals if they were rented by the 4H member during the years of the project, when they were calves or jute children. Sows can only be rented as project animals if they have been rented by 4 H members in the years in which they have been gilded. Older stewes can only be rented and issued if they have been rented by the 4H member in the years in which they were lambs or jel0s. Tyres can only be rented as project animals if they have been rented by 4H members in the years prior to the first update. The lease remains in effect until the end of the project year or until termination by one of the parties.
The lease may be terminated before the end of the project year for the following reasons, such as. B: a. the failure of the taker or tenant to fulfill the responsibilities described in the tenancy agreement. B. Sponsor Farm Changes A project plan must be signed and submitted for each rented animal. Breeding animals owned by a sponsor and hosted by a sponsor are rented for the year of the project by members of 4 H. A timetable for exchange with the owner in maintenance and training for each animal is developed and agreed upon. Four H members perform planned tasks and participate in 4-hour activities with animals.
Members of four H`s can only deliver rented animals at 4-hour exhibitions that allow for the representation of rented project animals. We want you to be able to learn something about animals, even if you don`t have one. You can leper for an animal. You will receive valuable practical experience in handling and showing animals and learning by caring adults.
