(d) explain in detail how the agreement improves all individual workers in terms of the conditions of employment of each worker; and (c) of all over-indebtedness funds that are a system of aging in the public sector (within the meaning of the Superannuation Industry (Cth) Act 1993 (Cth) if a state or territory law requires the statutory government to make contributions to the worker`s contributions to that fund; Implement changes in the operation and provision of services by endorsing the principles of „labour mobility.“ The principles recognize that the services required by the community of a modern public service are not static; they change all the time. (b) that the worker is generally better than the worker at the time of the agreement if no individual flexibility agreement had been reached. b) Any payment of a given annual paid leave is subject to a separate agreement in accordance with point 17.2 above. The company to which this modern award refers is the company that represents the Public Sector Sector of the Australian Capital (ACTPS) under the Public Sector Management Act of 1994 (A.C.T). 5.3 The following facilitation provisions may be applied after consultation with the Director General and the majority of workers concerned in the workplace, provided that the agreement is compatible with paragraph 5.4 A: 4.9, the communication provisions in paragraph 4.8 (a) apply only to an agreement reached from the first full pay period from 4 December 2013. The SWS Wage Fixing Agreement refers to the document, as required by the Ministry of Social Services, which records the worker`s production capacity and the agreed rate of pay when a company complies with a closure at Christmas or another public holiday, the Director General may order that a worker in that facility meet this closure period, unless he or she must be required to do so. If the annual leave available is not sufficient to cover the period, leave is granted without payment, which is considered a service for all purposes, or leave may be granted in accordance with paragraph 17.1 (b). This company award refers to the territory of Australia for workers employed by the ACTPS. If an agreement is reached in accordance with this provision, the minimum rate to pay for a day worker for normal working hours on a Saturday is one and a half hours, and on a Sunday the time will be double. (iii) Sick leave is not taxed if a worker is medically unfit for a public holiday that the worker would normally have observed.
c) Proposals for part-time work may be initiated by the general manager for business reasons or by an employee for personal reasons.
