11.3 The licensee may not export or directly or indirectly re-export delivery components, their parts or their direct products, including the products granted, without first obtaining the necessary regulatory or administrative licenses and approvals. The licensee heresacing assures that he is re-exporting the benefits, the party, not knowingly, unless prior authorization is obtained by the competent government authority of the United States, or that the direct proceeds of the list are obtained, to all countries or nationals in the E:1 group of countries, since this list may be amended from time to time by the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or by the U.S. Treasury (the list currently includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria) or b) for end-users who have been prohibited from participating in U.S. export operations by a U.S. federal authority. The licensee also agrees that no products, decency data, know-how, software or other data or information obtained by Intel are directly used in missile technology, in the case of sensitive nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or in sensitive end-users. The licensee understands that the obligations set out above are the legal requirements of the United States and accepts that he survives any length or termination of this agreement.
