John Pitts, Managing Director of eJet International, was at the forefront in 1998 in the development of Hong Kong`s first open access fuel supply model, which developed from similar but different models throughout North America. Open access is suitable for new medium to large airports and, for example. B at existing airports where it is possible to change (e.g. B when existing operator/fuel consortium contracts expire). Full access fuel supply is when any qualified party (e.g. oil company.B) can use, for a fee, the airport`s fuel facilities for the supply of fuel to aircraft, whether or not they own the facilities. The model covers the fuel supply from the airport entrance to the uplift on the aircraft.
